24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment and if it is less than 24 hours we will try our best to rebook your time with another client. If we are unable to do so, we will automatically charge your credit card 50% of the amount of the service.

If you book a same day appointment, the cancellation policy still applies.
